The software is free. The support is the business.
Hospitals, health plans, 911 centres and payment teams cannot run software nobody stands behind. So we publish the source, let anyone use it, and offer what an organisation needs once it depends on it: answers, fixes, upgrades and someone accountable.

Our engines run on your servers, and the BioDream app runs its AI on the phone. Nothing is sent to us that we do not need.
